Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CaseClimb (caseclimb.ai), run by Hamza El Mounhi. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use CaseClimb.

1. What CaseClimb is

CaseClimb is a practice platform for consulting interviews: case interviews, fit interviews and numerical tests, with AI interviewers, scorecards and progress tracking. Some features are free; others may require a paid plan.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any consulting firm. Firm names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the firm you're preparing for. The interviewer characters are fictional, and the cases are original or adapted scenarios. The interview processes we describe are approximations based on general knowledge, and real firms may differ and change them.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Give accurate information and keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person. Don't share your account or sell access to it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, republish or resell the cases, scorecards, questions or other content, or use them to build a competing product;
• reverse engineer the service, or try to get around usage limits or security measures;
• use bots or automation to generate AI requests;
• submit unlawful or abusive content, or confidential information that belongs to an employer, client or other third party;
• use the service in any way that could harm it or other users.

To keep costs and quality under control we apply fair-use limits, such as a daily cap on generated numerical tests. Plans described as unlimited are subject to them.

4. AI-generated content and no guarantees

Interviewer replies, scorecards, feedback, recommendations, generated questions and readiness scores are produced by AI and by formulas. They can be wrong, and they are guidance for your practice, not professional advice or a prediction. CaseClimb does not guarantee any interview result, job offer or score improvement. You decide how to use the feedback.

5. Your content

You own what you write. You give CaseClimb a licence to store, process and display it, and to send it to our AI provider, solely to run and improve the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You're responsible for what you submit.

6. Our content

The software, cases, questions, scorecards, design and brand are owned by Hamza El Mounhi or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own interview preparation. All other rights are reserved.

7. Live mock interviews

Live mock interviews are booked through Calendly and are a separate service from the AI practice. Feedback in a live session is the interviewer's personal opinion, and no result is guaranteed.

8. Inviting friends

You can invite friends with your personal link. When a friend signs up through it, confirms their email and finishes their first interview, you and your friend each receive practice credits, up to the limit shown in the app. To keep this fair, you may not invite yourself or create accounts to collect rewards, and we may withhold or remove credits earned in ways that break these terms. Credits have no cash value, can't be sold or transferred, and the programme can be changed or ended at any time.

9. Paid plans and payments

Paid plans are one-time purchases of practice credits, at the price shown at checkout plus any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and merchant of record, which is the seller of record for your purchase and issues your receipt. Credits are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. Credits do not expire, have no cash value, and can't be sold or transferred to another account.

Refunds are described in our Refund Policy at caseclimb.ai/refunds, which forms part of these terms. In short: a credit pack can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used; once you start using a pack, it is no longer refundable except where the law says otherwise.

10. Cancelling or rescheduling a live session

Live mock interviews can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time, using the link in your booking confirmation. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed, are treated as used and are not refunded. If we have to cancel a session, you can choose a new time or a full refund of that session.

11. Changes and availability

We work to keep the service available but don't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features, limits and plans. If we change these terms in a significant way, we'll update the date below and, where appropriate, tell you.

12. Suspension and ending your account

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or others at risk. You can stop using CaseClimb at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected].

13. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows, including any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

14. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Hamza El Mounhi is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of opportunities, profits or data, arising from your use of CaseClimb. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or, if you paid nothing, to zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected.
