I’ve given over 300 consulting interviews. This is the practice I wish I’d had.

CaseClimb turns a decade of consulting and five years of interviewing candidates into practice you can do any time.

Preparing for consulting interviews was broken in three ways.

Practice meant a PDF

You worked a case alone, read the answer, and wondered where yours should have gone. The PDF could not push back, and you did not hear how you sounded out loud.

No case partners

I joined BCG as an industry hire rather than from a campus, so there was no consulting club and no cohort preparing alongside me. Finding someone to practise with was harder than the prep itself.

Three skills, no single place

Fit questions and numerical tests matter as much as the case, and they end plenty of strong applications early. Preparing for all three meant stitching tools together.

After more than 300 interviews from the other side of the table, I know what works in the room and what doesn’t. CaseClimb is that experience, built into a game you can play whenever you like.

Four things that set it apart

Cases now, fit and numerical tests coming soon

Firms screen on all three, and a strong case doesn't rescue a failed numerical test. Case interviews are open now; fit interviews and timed numerical tests join at the official launch, in one readiness score.

An interviewer who answers back

The interviewer challenges a loose structure, corrects you when your maths slips, and pushes on your recommendation. A real conversation rather than a PDF with the answers at the back.

Practice shaped like each firm's process

The screening test, the interviewer-led or candidate-led rounds, the fit questions woven into the case, the partner round. You rehearse the process you'll face.

Scoring that doesn't flatter you

CaseClimb scores each session on the five skills interviewers assess. An acceptable answer scores as acceptable, and readiness counts how many cases you've done alongside how well they went.

Five interviewers. Five ways to be tested.

Each one pushes on something different, so you learn to handle any room.
